£150 per business (2 to 5 named users) / month
Custom Pricing per business (up to 25 named users) / month
Included hours are for normal day-to-day support. Large changes, projects, or repeat heavy usage are handled separately so pricing stays fair for everyone.
What's included
- Remote IT support for small businesses during standard UK business hours.
- Help with everyday computer problems, software issues, and user questions (mainly Microsoft and Windows).
- Support for third-party software on a best-efforts basis, depending on availability.
- User joiners and leavers, including account setup, access changes, and basic handover support.
- Liaison with third-party providers where needed (such as Microsoft or other approved suppliers).
Monitoring, security tools, backups, and reporting are only provided if the required third-party licences or systems are in place and agreed in advance.

- Urgent or business-critical issues are prioritised where capacity allows.
