They’re designed for small businesses that want everything handled together and prefer predictable, all-inclusive pricing. If you only need occasional support or don't want bundled software, our Support-Only pricing is often the better and more flexible option.

Users includedEach plan includes a set number of users who receive IT support, Microsoft 365 licensing where included, security tools, backups and account management. A “user” simply means one person in your business who needs an email account, cloud storage, support time and ongoing administration. Additional IT support hours beyond your monthly allowance Remote support is typically charged at £65 per hour as a rough guide. Remote IT support during UK business hours Usually Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
On-site Support
Local on-site support in Hatfield & nearby areas Included within your monthly support hours. Visits arranged subject to reasonable scheduling and availability.

Software Included
Microsoft 365Each plan includes the Microsoft 365 licence shown, giving your users access to the apps, email services, cloud storage and security features included in that specific Microsoft 365 edition. The licence type determines which Microsoft tools your business can use day to day, such as Outlook, Word, Teams and OneDrive, along with the level of built-in security and collaboration features. Managed devicesOptional monitoring and management of your business laptops and desktops. This service helps keep devices updated, secure and working smoothly by handling software updates, basic security settings and general maintenance for you. Quoted separately

Contract Terms
Minimum contract term All plans have a three-month minimum term. After this, your service renews on a monthly rolling basis, giving you flexibility without a long-term commitment.
One-off onboarding payment To get everything set up properly, there is a one‑time setup fee equal to 75% of your first month’s plan price. Your first monthly payment is still charged as usual. This setup fee covers the time and work involved in preparing your service, including security essentials, initial configuration, and checks to make sure everything is ready before your service starts. The setup fee is billed separately and is not deducted from your monthly plan.
